We understand that purchasing personalized artwork without seeing it first can be challenging. However, we offer a money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with or do not approve the artwork we create. Once the artwork is ready, we will send you a preview via email. You can request revisions, approve the artwork, or request a refund. We offer unlimited revisions. Once you are 100% satisfied with your artwork and give your approval, we will ship your order. You can cancel your order at any time before production begins. Please note that the right to a refund will no longer apply once the artwork is approved. 

If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged item within 14 days of receiving it. We will remake the artwork at no additional cost and send it to you.
